Q: What are the accepted forms of payment?

Paying with PayPal
PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1. With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely on-line. 
2. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. 
3. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.

Advantages with using Paypal:
1. Your payment status can be traced via your PayPal account.
2. PayPal doesn't require you to use your credit card online. Instead, you can transfer directly from your bank account.  
3. PayPal will protect your personal details if you choose to pay by credit card.

 

Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: Yes, we accept orders from all the parts of world.

Q: Is my payment to Secure?

 All Payments are done online through the 100% secured. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - Our On-line Ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology-to protect your online order information. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A:
 Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because we process all orders as quickly as possible within one day after receive your order payment, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy.

Q: How can I cancel my order?
A:
 Please contact us via email, if you need to cancel your order. But please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, it will not always be possible to make changes.

Q: What should I do if my order never arrived?

A: After payment is received it will go through a 1-3 business days processing period which starts the following business day. Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allow 10-15 business days for arrival of merchandise. If you don't receive it within the agreed time, please contact your local post office to check whether your parcel is being held there. If not, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you further. 

All products are shipped from China or Hong Kong.

 

- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.

- Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.

- Customers must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.

- A signature is required for the package. If no one is at home, the package can be picked up at the post office (bring ID).

- Shipping charges are to be borne by customers.

- Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Items are non-returnable after you have signed for and accepted the delivery.
