Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days. But in case of customized product, product description shall prevai.
Default Shipping Time: 10 - 15 business days. All products are shipped with tracking number from China or Hong Kong, which normally takes 10-15 days to reach you. However, please understand this is an estimate. The shipping speed is outside our control and is dependent on the courier company, customs clearance times and so on. And If you don't receive it within the agreed time, please contact your local post office to check whether your parcel is being held there. If not, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you further.
In some cases, We offers the option of expedited shipping, which takes 4-6 business days from the time your items are shipped.
Since orders being shipped, they are out of our control:
- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.
- Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.
- Customers must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.
- A signature is required for the package. If no one is at home, the package can be picked up at the post office (bring ID).
- Shipping charges are to be borne by customers.
- Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Items are non-returnable after you have signed for and accepted the delivery.
Q: What is Full Refund policy?
A: We only accept Full Refund in following cases: we send you the wrong size/color/item or you received merchandise with blemishes.
Q: How to exchange the size or style?
A: Okay, but the shipping fees is on your side. And you have to wait for another 10-15 business days since we are sure that the return parcel is back to us.
Q: I don't like my order, I want a refund?
A: Okay, we will refund you when your parcel is back to us and the shipping fees is on your side.
*Please contact with our customer service department to get delivery address if you want to return items.
*Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.
*We recommend you purchase tracking and insurance as we are not responsible if the item is lost in the post. If your item doesn’t arrive back to us we can not refund you.
*Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 days for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order.
